PINEHILL STUDIOS LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS 2025/26

Welcome to Pinehill Studios!

These Terms & Conditions help outline our mutual responsibilities and maintain a positive, safe, and structured environment for all students and families. Please review them carefully.

1. Payments & Fees

  • All payments are monthly in advance by subscription only via our website (ClassForKids).
  • Beginner Classes run for 37 weeks, split over 10 payments (Sept–June).
  • Inter/Adv Classes run for 42 weeks, split over 11 payments (Sept–July).
  • One month’s written notice by email to info@pinehillstudios.ie is required to cancel a subscription.
  • Subscription is not based on the number of classes per month, but on the annual cost split evenly.
  • Payment date: 1st or 2nd of each month. Late payment may result in losing your place.
  • A €55 annual membership fee per student applies (covers admin, insurance, licensing).
  • All fees are non-refundable and include VAT.

2. Cancellations & Missed Classes

  • One month’s notice required to cancel a class: info@pinehillstudios.ie.
  • Classes with fewer than 5 students may be cancelled.
  • Missed classes are non-refundable, but make-up sessions may be offered.

3. Uniform & Appearance

  • Uniform: Pinehill t-shirt/hoodie, leggings, supportive trainers. No crocs, sandals, boots, or dresses.
  • Hair: Neatly tied back.
  • No jewellery or accessories during class.
  • Performers may be required to purchase/hire costumes and tickets.

4. Classes & Studio Policy

  • Disruptive students will receive a warning; continued issues will involve parental contact.
  • Mobile phones are not allowed unless used for class purposes. Misuse = phone held until end of class.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged valuables—please label belongings clearly.
  • Students will not be released without a parent/guardian unless pre-arranged.
  • Parents must contact us if running late—late pickup charges apply.
  • Add/drop class changes must be confirmed by email & updated in ClassForKids.
  • Promotional photos/videos may be used—opt out in writing if preferred.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

  • We uphold a strict anti-bullying policy and positive classroom behaviour expectations.
  • Respect between students, staff, and families is essential.
  • Repeated unruly/aggressive behaviour from student or parent may result in membership termination.

6. Safety & Communication

  • Disclose all medical conditions on registration and update us with any changes.
  • Bring water to class—no energy drinks, sweets, or food in studio.
  • Studio updates are shared via email, whatsapp community & social media—please stay connected.
  • Do not contact staff via personal phones or social media—use studio channels only.
  • Physical contact may be necessary for teaching purposes; safety is always prioritised.
  • Classes cancelled due to unforeseen events/weather are non-refundable.
  • Participation in events and performances is optional.
